We take pride in our people who make the Murdoch Childrens the great place that it is and who possess a range of talents, skills and abilities! Without our people, we couldn't do the great work we're doing. We like to recognise their achievements in many ways, including through our Staff Awards Program.

The Institute has a range of Committees operating; some are Board sub-Committees which provide oversight for our corporate governance and research endeavours; others are established for operational purposes. Some of these Committees are also actively looking at environmental awareness (our campus Green Committee); others look at ensuring our people practices are excellent (Gender Equity Committee); and some are just to make life for our staff fun on a social basis (Social Committee).
