We now have participants living interstate, in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. We are happy to send questionnaires overseas, and to make arrangements for interstate and overseas telephone interviews.

If you are expecting another baby or you have just had your second or third child please let us know so that we can include you in phase 2 follow-up.
