CEOs and staff from more than 140 corporations hit the treadmill
across Australia for the 2010 FOXTEL Lap, raising $570,000 for the
Murdoch Childrens Research Institute.
The event, held across five states, wrapped up in Sydney on
December 3, where 45 teams went head-to-head to raise money for
child health research.
Ambassador Sarah Murdoch was among celebrities at the event.
Money raised from the FOXTEL Lap will go towards research into
conditions affecting children including diabetes, obesity,
premature birth and cancer. The event has raised more than $2
million since 2005.
