Our Director Professor Terry Dwyer, was awarded an AO for his service and dedication to medical research, particularly in the field of population health on Australia Day 2005.

The prestigious award recognises Professor Dwyer's important research in the 1990's that led to the prevention of a large proportion of SIDS deaths internationally.
