VIP players marquee at the Portsea Polo
The VIP players marquee was the place to be at The Age Portsea Polo Charity Cup, held in January 2006 at the Point Nepean Army Barracks.
The Murdoch Childrens was the appointed charity of the exclusive marquee hosted by Australia's top player Ruki Baillieu. Guests in the marquee mingled with the polo players, who played hard on-field, but enjoyed the fabulous entertainment, food and drinks in the marquee off field.
Thanks to the marquee organisers Ruki Baillieu, Josh Mantello, Anthony Hocking, Hamish & Gill McLachlan, Sam Baillieu, Lawrence Dowd, Robert Abbott, Janek Gazeki, James Roche, Marcus & Sarah Freeman, Hamish Cole, Simone Wookey, Nick Demkiw, $7,000 was donated to the Murdoch Childrens. Thanks also to Calibre and Scanlon & Theodore for generously donating raffle prizes.
