biography
Professor Werther is Director of the Department of Endocrinology
and Diabetes at the Royal Children's Hospital, and the Centre for
Hormone Research at Murdoch Childrens. He has 140 peer reviewed
papers and chapters and holds grants from NHMRC and JDRF
International Professor Werther is a non-executive Director on the
ATL board. He is named as an inventor on nine patents and is a
member of the Commercialisation Committee at Murdoch Childrens. He
is the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board for Neuren
Pharmaceuticals (New Zealand) and on the Scientific Advisory Board
of Tercica Pharmaceuticals, California.
