As the Business Manager for the Centre for Population Genomics (CPG), Elise leads the Administration & Operation Teams at the Centre. Working closely with the Centre Director and other team leads, she is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and ongoing management of operational best practices across a range of domains including finance, IT, administration, compliance, communications, and CPG culture. She is completing an MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).
