Dr Paxton Loke is a Research Clinician in the Allergy Immunology group at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute, Consultant Paediatric Allergist Immunologist at Monash Children’s Hospital and MACCS Medical Group and Honorary Fellow at the University of Melbourne. His main research interest is in food oral immunotherapy where he is the Principal Investigator on the multi-centre Probiotic and Peanut Oral Immunotherapy clinical trial and its follow-on study that aims to induce long lasting clinical remission to peanut in children, and an Investigator on probiotic egg and cow’s milk OIT clinical trials.
