Salary packaging

Full and part-time employees have the option to salary package. Salary Packaging is an arrangement that allows you to legally minimise your income tax; this also includes meals and entertainment and novated leases.

We understand the importance of family. To help make growing your family easier, we offer additional Paid Parental Leave to the Australian Government-funded Paid Parental Leave (PPL) Scheme, for eligible full-time and part-time employees.

We encourage parents of young children to stay or return to the workforce by offering onsite childcare facilities. This safe, child-friendly facility has qualified staff and provides an excellent environment to care for children during working hours.
