Dr Alice Morgan (DPsychClin, MPH, BA Hons) is a clinical psychologist and global health researcher specialising in adolescent mental health, trauma-informed care, and health systems strengthening in low-resource settings. With nearly 20 years of experience across paediatric hospitals, international NGOs including Médecins Sans Frontières, and adult psychiatric services, she focuses on designing and implementing culturally adapted mental health interventions for communities with limited access to care. Her research integrates global mental health with adolescent health policy, aiming to deliver scalable, evidence-based solutions in diverse cultural contexts.

Dr Morgan is a Global Health Fellow at the Centre for Adolescent Health, Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, where she works with the World Health Organization on developing the Global Standards for Quality Health Care Services for Adolescents and partners with the Burnet Institute on adolescent self-care programs in Myanmar. She also leads Chill Psychology, a specialist clinical service offering evidence-based interventions, supervision, and EMDR consultation. A former Acting Director of Psychology and Head of Clinical Psychology at the Royal Children’s Hospital, she brings leadership, service design, and cross-cultural expertise to her research and practice.

Dr Alice Morgan (DPsychClin, MPH, BA Hons) is a clinical psychologist and global health researcher specialising in adolescent mental health, trauma-informed care, and health systems strengthening in low-resource settings.
