Dr Elodie O'Connor is a Knowledge Translation Fellow at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute (MCRI), working within the Centre for Community Child Health. Her research focuses on addressing inequities in child health, development, and wellbeing, with a strong emphasis on translating research into impact.
Since joining MCRI in 2013, Dr O’Connor has played a key role in the Policy and Equity research group. Her work spans a range of projects, including the Changing Children’s Chances project, which advocates for precision policy approaches to reduce disadvantage and promote equity in early childhood.
With a multidisciplinary background and a commitment to improving outcomes for all children, Elodie’s research aims to support the use of more effective translation pathways to facilitate and accelerate research impact.
