I completed a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash University. My interest has always been in the application of engineering and computational methods to biological problems. My research at MCRI has been to look at ways we can apply computational approaches to our analysis. I analyse bulk RNA sequencing data, single cell data, microscopy images and generate automated pipelines to maximise the information we can glean from these modalities.
