Joseph is the lead Clinician Scientist for the Neuroscience Advanced Clinical Imaging Service (NACIS), Department of Neurosurgery, at The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH). NACIS is the translational clinical research program embedded in the clinical neurosurgery service. His team is responsible for implementing advanced multimodal neuroimaging techniques for pre-surgery planning and intraoperative imaging guidance at RCH.
His research focuses on exploring translation values of advanced tractography and white matter modelling techniques in childhood epilepsy and brain tumours.
