Dr Laura Dunstan is an early career sociologist and global health researcher specialising in the mental health and wellbeing outcomes of priority adolescent populations across marginalised and resource-constrained settings in Australia and globally. She utilises quantiative methods to drive evidence-based actions to improve these outcomes for adolescents and over their life course.

Laura holds a PhD in sociology and tertiary qualifications in communications. She has has expertise in adolescent and child mental health and wellbeing, sexual, reproductive and menstrual health, social determinants of health, family sociology and determinants of health, Indigenous families and child health, health equity, social research methods, and social policy.
