Lauren is an experienced evaluator, facilitator, and team leader at the Centre for Community Child Health (CCCH). With over a decade of experience supporting services, systems, and communities to use and generate evidence, Lauren specialises in methodologies that promote learning, adaptation, and continuous improvement in complex environments. Her work is grounded in a commitment to equity, systems change, and practical impact for children and families.
Since joining CCCH in 2009, Lauren has directed and managed large-scale, mixed-method evaluations, developed Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks, and provided training and coaching in quality improvement and action learning. She has worked with a diverse range of partners, including government departments, not-for-profits, and place-based initiatives.
Lauren is passionate about supporting organisations to become learning-driven and adaptive. She has a deep appreciation for the relational aspects of change, and values working alongside others to co-create solutions that are meaningful, context-sensitive, and sustainable.
