Luo Li is a PhD candidate at the University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, where she focuses on quantifying adolescent well-being and examining how these measures are applied in global population surveys to identify key factors influencing adolescent's health and well-being.

She also serves as a youth commissioner for the second Lancet Commission on Adolescent Health and Wellbeing and is part of the CREYATE group for the Centre for Research Excellence.

She is passionate about ensuring investments and initiatives are informed by young people's perspectives. She also serves a youth expert for WHO GAMA expert group.
