Rosie is a Research Officer in the Heart Regeneration and Disease Group at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute. She obtained her PhD in cell biology at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute in 2020, during which she studied the roles of platelets during lung cancer metastasis with Associate Professor Emma Josefsson and Professor Warren Alexander. In 2021, she moved to MCRI to start a Postdoctoral position in the labs of Associate Professor Dave Elliott and Professor Enzo Porrello, with a focus on drug development for the treatment of anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity.
