Dr Stacey Cleary is a physiotherapist and postdoctoral research fellow, working in the CP-Achieve Centre for Research Excellence.
Stacey is passionate about collaboratively working to enhance the health and well-being of young people with disabilities, particularly through community-based physical activity participation. She has a love of understanding people within their community context, and tailoring interventions to meet individual’s interests, strengths, and participation goals.
Her research interests are around promotion of physical activity for young people with cerebral palsy, learning from those with lived experience of disability, enhancing environments to allow for physical activity for all, and translation of research knowledge into clinical practice.
