Supipi Wijesundara is a PhD student in the Enteric Diseases Group at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute, and the Department of Paediatrics at the University of Melbourne. Her research focuses on understanding how Salmonella enterica serovar Typhi survives and adapts in the environment and during transmission of Typhoid fever.
