Tim Cronin
Tim Cronin (he/him) is a Senior Research Psychologist at Murdoch Children's Research Institute, Senior Clinical Psychologist at the Royal Children's Hospital Gender Service, and holds an Adjunct Lecturer appointment with the School of Psychology and Public Health, La Trobe University.
Tim has taken a lead role on the TAG TEAM study, a co-designed group cognitive behaviour therapy intervention designed with, and for, trans and gender diverse adolescents. In his broader research and clinical practice, Tim aims to improve the well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and gender diverse, queer, and asexual (LGBTQA+) communities by understanding stigma and psychosocial determinants of well-being, identifying barriers and facilitators to accessing services, and by tailoring interventions to improve mental health.
