Dr Aude Dorison works within the Kidney Regeneration Laboratory led by Professor Melissa Little at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute (MCRI), The Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne.

Aude attained her PhD from the University Pierre and Marie Curie in 2016 studying chronic and acute kidney disease at INSERM in Paris. She then joined the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, Sydney, in 2017 to work on endogenous cardiac stem cells and their behaviour after myocardial infarction. In 2019, she moved back to the kidney field joining the Little research group where she leads the Disease Modelling team focusing on using iPSC-derived kidney organoids to understand renal disease and look for potential therapeutic avenues.
